        Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, free from stains, perfume, or signs of wear          and in original packaging, with all tags intact for you to be eligible for a return.

        Exchange policy 
        
        We accept exchanges in the following cases: if the item has a defect, if the size is                  incorrect, or if  you received the wrong item.

        Exchanges are only allowed for the same product — meaning the same design or                model — but you can request a different size if needed. The only exception is when            you received the wrong item by mistake; in that case, we’ll exchange it for the correct          item you originally ordered.

        To be eligible for an exchange, the item must meet all return conditions.                              This means it must be unworn, unused, and unwashed. It should be in its original                 packaging, with all tags attached, and free from stains, perfume, or any signs of wear.
