SHIPPING
Where do you ship?
We offer nationwide shipping across Egypt.
How are shipping fees calculated?
Shipping rates depend on your delivery area and are calculated at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically delivered within 2 to 5 working days, depending on your area. Delivery timelines may vary due to weekends, holidays, or remote locations.
Do you offer international shipping?
No, we currently only ship within Egypt.
Are taxes included in your prices?
Yes, all prices displayed include taxes.
EXCHANGES & RETURNS
Can I return an item?
Yes! You can request a return within 48 hours of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, in the original packaging with all tags, and free from stains, perfume, or signs of wear.
How do I initiate a return?
You can initiate a return by contacting us on Instagram.
Who pays for return shipping?
You will be charged 150% the shipping fee again, based on your region.
When and how do I get my refund?
After we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be contacted to confirm your preferred refund method.
Can I exchange an item?
Exchanges are accepted if:
- The item has a defect.
- The size is incorrect.
- You received the wrong item.
Exchanges usually apply to the same item only (same design/model and, if needed, a different size).
Exception: If you received the wrong item by mistake, you may exchange it for the correct item you originally ordered
All exchanged products must meet return conditions.
Exchange shipping costs are 150% of the original shipping fee (for example, if your original shipping was EGP 90, the exchange shipping cost is EGP 135).
Who covers the shipping cost if my order arrives incorrect or damaged?
If you received a wrong or damaged item due to our error or our logistics partner, we cover all shipping costs for the return or exchange.

SIZING & FIT
How do I choose the right size?
Each product page features a detailed size chart, which is also available on our Instagram page. If you’re between two sizes, we recommend selecting the larger size.
ORDERS & PAYMENTS
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Yes, you can change or cancel your order as long as it has not started being prepared.
Note: orders placed before 3 pm get prepared the same day.
- For cancellations, contact us directly through Instagram .
- For edits (such as size, color, or address), please contact us on Instagram .
Once your order begins preparation, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD).
