Shipping policy

 

We offer nationwide shipping across Egypt through our logistics partner, ShipBlu.

Orders are processed within 1 working day of confirmation. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes:

1–2 working days — Cairo & Giza

1–3 working days — All other governorates

Shipping fees are a flat rate based on your delivery zone and are calculated at checkout. Orders above 2,000 EGP qualify for free shipping.

We offer both Cash on Delivery (COD) and prepaid payment options.

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email to follow your delivery in real time.

Upon delivery, customers are welcome to inspect their order before accepting it. However, if a customer chooses to refuse the delivery, shipping fees remain due and will be charged regardless of the refusal.

Please note that all timelines exclude weekends and public holidays.

 : يتم تجهيز الطلبات خلال يوم عمل واحد من تأكيد الطلب. بعد الشحن، يستغرق التوصيل عادةً

من يوم إلى يومي عمل — القاهرة والجيزة
من يوم إلى ثلاثة أيام عمل — باقي المحافظات

رسوم الشحن ثابتة وتُحدد بناءً على منطقة التوصيل، ويتم حسابها عند إتمام الطلب. الطلبات التي تتجاوز قيمتها ٢٠٠٠ جنيه مصري تحصل على شحن مجاني

نوفر خيارَي الدفع عند الاستلام و  الدفع المسبق

.بمجرد شحن طلبك، سيصلك رسالة على بريدك الإلكتروني تتضمن رابط التتبع

عند الاستلام، يحق للعميل فحص طلبه قبل قبوله.  في حال رفض استلام الطلب، سيتحمل العميل رسوم الشحن كاملةً ولا يحق له رفض سدادها.

يُرجى ملاحظة أن جميع مواعيد التوصيل لا تشمل أيام الجمعة والسبت والعطلات الرسمية.
