Refund Policy

Refunds must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, and unwashed — free from stains, perfume, or any signs of wear — and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method, minus the shipping fees for your zone.

Exchange Policy

We accept exchanges in the following cases:

The item has a defect

You received the wrong size

You received the wrong item

Exchanges are only allowed for the same product, in a different size. The only exception is if you received the wrong item — in that case, we'll send you the correct one.

To be eligible, items must meet the same conditions as our refund policy — unworn, unused, unwashed, in original packaging with all tags intact.

Please note:

  Exchange shipping fees are equal to 150% of your original shipping fee.

Please note that items purchased on sale are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

يجب تقديم طلب الاسترجاع خلال ١٤ يوماً من استلام طلبك.

لكي يكون الطلب مؤهلاً للاسترجاع، يجب أن تكون المنتجات غير مستخدمة وغير ملبوسة وغير مغسولة، وخالية من أي بقع أو عطور أو علامات استخدام، وأن تكون في عبوتها الأصلية مع جميع الإيتيكيتات سليمة.

يتم رد المبلغ على نفس وسيلة الدفع المستخدمة عند الشراء، مع خصم رسوم الشحن الخاصة بمنطقتك.

سياسة الاستبدال

نقبل طلبات الاستبدال في الحالات التالية:
- المنتج به عيب مصنعي
- المقاس المستلم غير صحيح
- استلمت منتجاً مختلفاً عما طلبته

يقتصر الاستبدال على نفس المنتج بمقاس مختلف. الاستثناء الوحيد هو في حال استلام منتج مختلف عما طلبته، وفي هذه الحالة سيتم إرسال المنتج الصحيح.

يجب أن تستوفي المنتجات المراد استبدالها نفس شروط الاسترجاع — غير مستخدمة وغير ملبوسة وغير مغسولة، في عبوتها الأصلية مع جميع الإيتيكيتات سليمة.

يُرجى ملاحظة أن رسوم شحن الاستبدال تُحتسب بنسبة ١٥٠٪ من رسوم الشحن الأصلية.

المنتجات المشتراة بسعر مخفض غير مؤهلة للاسترجاع أو الاستبدال.
