Refunds must be requested within 48 hrs of receiving youre order, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, free from stains, perfume, or signs of wear and in original packaging, with all tags intact for you to be eligible for a return.
Please note that exchange shipping costs are 150% of your original shipping fee.
For example, if your original shipping cost was EGP 90, the exchange shipping fee would be EGP 135.
Once we receive and inspect the refunded item, we will contact you to confirm how you'd like to receive your refund

No, we currently only ship within Egypt.

How do I choose the right size?
Each product page features a detailed size chart, which is also available on our Instagram page. If you’re between two sizes, we recommend selecting the larger size.
ORDERS & PAYMENTS
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Yes, you can change or cancel your order as long as it has not started being prepared.
Note: Orders placed before 3 pm are prepared the same day.
- For cancellations, contact us directly through Instagram.
- For edits (such as size, color, or address), please contact us on Instagram.
Once your order begins preparation, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD).

What materials are your products made from?
- T-shirts: Soft Double Jersey (95% cotton, 270 GSM)
- Pants: Summer Melton (100% cotton, 350 GSM)
How should I wash Sparrow pieces?
- Do not soak.
- Machine wash on a gentle cycle, inside out.
- Wash at or below 30°C.
- Do not bleach.
Can I dry clean Sparrow items?
No, Sparrow pieces should not be dry cleaned.
What’s the best way to dry my clothes?
- Shade dry when possible.
- If using a dryer, tumble dry on low heat only.
Can I iron my Sparrow items?
Yes, but only on low heat. Always iron your pieces inside out (from the reverse side) and avoid ironing directly on embroidery.
Can I steam Sparrow products?
No, steaming is not recommended.
